Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a motivated and high-performing team
- Oversee daily store operations such as merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and sales execution to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor negotiations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand visibility
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and develop financial reports to support informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards,



and legal regulations across all store functions

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of sales management, merchandising, POS systems, and retail sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred) with phone etiquette expertise
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts, purchasing processes, budgeting, and administrative tasks including bookkeeping
- Ability to recruit, train, develop teams, and manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management
- Experience in supervising cashiering operations, customer service delivery, and sales strategies
- Competency in using marketing tools, conducting interviews, and implementing training & development programs
- Strong organizational skills combined with math proficiency for pricing calculations and financial recordkeeping
