- Packing and processing shipments for B2B sales, International Trade, Cellurific and Website orders
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly receiving data and notify any discrepancies in terms of quality and/or quantity
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory, Invoice and Sales order issues
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate stock is available to fulfill orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and other data related to the order fulfillment
- Update customers regarding order status, shipping information, and other related matters.
- Resolve any issues such as shipping delays, damaged products, or incorrect orders.
- Complete front-end merchandising requirements, keep store shelves stocked and all product accessible
- Weekly Staging Report of pending orders for dispatch
- Assist the Manager Inventory in creating stock reports and cycle counts
