We're partnering with an established Canadian organization to hire an Outside Sales Representative responsible for growing commercial customer relationships throughout Moncton and Southern New Brunswick.

This is a territory-based sales role focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and helping commercial customers improve the performance and reliability of their facilities. You'll be supported by experienced operational and technical teams while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in managing your territory.

What You'll Do

- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities
- Grow and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Meet with customers on-site to understand needs and identify opportunities
- Recommend service, maintenance, repair, retrofit, and equipment upgrade solutions
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to support customer projects
- Manage sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline through CRM

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in business development and account growth
- Experience selling into commercial, industrial, construction,



manufacturing, facilities, distribution, engineering, equipment, or service-based environments
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline

Industry experience is welcomed but not required. We're interested in sales professionals with strong B2B backgrounds and a track record of developing customer relationships and growing business.
