Mountainview Safety Services Ltd. is seeking an Overnight Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our main office in Dawson Creek, BC. You will help coordinate field operations, support employees and clients, and ensure important information is communicated accurately throughout the night.

What you will do

- Respond professionally to incoming calls, emails, and dispatch requests.
- Coordinate personnel, vehicles, and equipment according to operational needs.
- Communicate assignment details, scheduling changes, and updates to field staff.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, schedules, and operational records.
- Respond to changing priorities and bring urgent concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Provide clear shift handovers so the incoming team has current information.
- Support general office administration and maintain confidentiality when handling employee and client information.

What you bring

- Availability and reliability for full-time overnight work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- General office administration experience.
- Proficiency with Google Docs,



Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- A personable, professional approach to working with employees and clients.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence, a clean driver’s abstract, and at least three years of driving experience, as required by our insurance provider.

Previous dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience is an asset. Education or certifications in sales administration, transportation, logistics, or a related field are also considered assets. What we offer

Location and attendance This position is based in person at our Dawson Creek office. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Dawson Creek before starting employment.
