Overnight Baker

We're looking for an overnight baker to make our pastries, and savouries so they're fresh for customers in the morning. You'll work mostly on your own through our internal production management system.

What you'll do

- Bake pastries and other items using our recipes
- Decorate pastries
- Watch oven temperatures and baking times
- Measure, mix, and prep ingredients
- Package items for display or delivery
- Follow food safety rules and keep your work area clean

What we're looking for

- Baking experience
- Restaurant or food industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety
- Able to use bakery equipment safely
- Organized, detail-oriented, and valuable with time

This Role requires overnight availabilty (10pm-5am) Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
