Carter's is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product styles and features, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive sales floor.

You will coach others, drive store targets, and manage a daily business focus with timely follow-through. The role requires leadership ability, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled in a retail setting.
