Key Responsibilities

- Orient new residents to the facility
- Provide supportive counselling and life skills training




- Resolve communal living issues using conflict resolution techniques
- Assist with daily living tasks and housing searches
- Maintain accurate documentation and shift logs

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Services or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of mental health and harm reduction
- Experience in a residential or supportive environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with interruptions
