Duties

- Develop and implement partnership activation plans that align with brand goals and deliver measurable results
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site setup
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Oversee guest services during events to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and partnership activations across multiple channels
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback,



analyze success metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or hospitality environments such as restaurants or hotels
- Strong guest services background with excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with partners, team members, and guests
- Experience in upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities during events or partnerships
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and time management strategies
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality operations will be advantageous
