We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Ens Lexus Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have an automotive background and general vehicle information & parts knowledge. The successful candidate will possess solid communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset, contributing to the overall success of the position. We highly value honesty and integrity as essential traits for this role. This is a Permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Lookup parts for both customers and staff using schematics.
- Bill parts for shop orders and take cash/card payments from customers.




- Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.
- Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customers' problems.
- Putting stock away.
- Answering phones and parts inquiry emails
- Inventory counts & tracking.
- Assist in various parts-department specific activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- 1-2 years of automotive parts experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Welcoming and positive attitude.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
- Checking for accuracy.
- Competent with computers.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Performing routine tasks.
