Parts & Service Advisor – Festing Toyota

Festing Toyota is looking for a adaptable, customer-focused team member to join our Parts and Service team.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

Greet customers and help ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive

Assist customers as a Service Advisor, including listening to their concerns, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs, and keeping them informed

Assist at the Parts Counter, helping customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders

Provide shuttle service for customers when required

Work closely with our Service, Parts and Technician teams to keep customers and work flowing smoothly

Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns

Step in where needed — this is a role for someone who sees what needs to be done and is willing to help

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Someone who takes ownership and is willing to go the extra mile for our customers A valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record

Automotive, dealership, parts or service experience is an asset, but we are willing to consider the right person who already possesses strong customer-service skills and a willingness to learn The person who will succeed in this role:
