Nortrux Inc. has an opening for a Parts Outside Sales Representative, Grande Prairie.

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Parts Outside Sales Professional to join our Grande Prairie team. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will build and maintain customer relationships,



identify new business opportunities, and manage an assigned sales territory.

The successful candidate will have heavy-duty truck and trailer industry experience, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to close sales while providing exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on customer engagement this position maximizes gross profit through integrity-based sales.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through regular contact and customer visits.
- Prospect for new customers and develop business within the assigned territory.
- Identify customer parts needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Parts Department to coordinate pricing, availability, and order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records of sales activities.
- Maximize sales and gross profit through integrity-based selling.
- Stay informed about heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in a sales or parts role within the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to manage an assigned territory and multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy in PC-based applications.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
