Parts Technician Roles & Responsibilities:

- Servicing customers via multiple platforms, e.g. email, telephone, counter sales
- Assist in maintaining warehouse and parts inventory
- Updating invoices and internal repair orders
- Exceptional Customer Service and strong communication skills
- Assisting with back counter parts for the shop.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Has a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Parts Department Operations
- Municipal and Heavy Equipment experience an asset
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
- Proactive customer communication
- Has excellent team ideology, with a robust emphasis on collaborative culture




- Has excellent communication skills, is highly organized and can manage paperwork efficiently
- Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Has knowledge of mechanical parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
- Has knowledge of inventory control and warehousing practices.
- Active safety culture participation and involvement
- Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 driver's license
- Minimum 1st or 2nd year parts apprentice
- Journeyman parts certificate an asset.
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced challenging setting
