We’re looking for an enthusiastic Patient Booking Coordinator who brings energy, initiative, and a personal touch to every conversation. You’ll connect with people who have already expressed interest in our dental services, help them feel welcome, and make taking the next step easy.

What you’ll do:

● Call prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services.

● Build rapport, understand their needs,



and confidently guide them toward booking.

● Follow up with leads consistently, professionally, and with a positive attitude.

● Answer general questions and connect patients with the clinical team when needed.

● Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments.

● Coordinate with our front-end team to create a smooth booking experience.

● Work toward call and booking goals while keeping patient service at the heart of every interaction.

Previous experience in sales, appointment booking, or a call centre is an asset. Dental experience is also an asset.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: $3000 base pay/ month + up to 10K in bonus opportunity

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
