About the Role

As our Patient Care Services Lead, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while helping oversee the day-to-day operations of our front desk.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a busy clinic environment. The ideal candidate is a natural team player who enjoys supporting colleagues, solving problems, and helping things run smoothly.

Previous experience in a medical office, dental clinic, optometry practice, or similar patient-focused environment would be a strong asset.

What You'll Do

- Lead by example in providing exceptional patient service and creating a welcoming clinic experience
- Support the daily operations and organization of the front desk
- Welcome patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails,



and assist with patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims, payments, and general administrative tasks
- Help coordinate patient flow and ensure an efficient clinic experience
- Support and guide front desk team members while encouraging teamwork and collaboration
- Handle patient concerns professionally and help find positive solutions
- Educate patients on clinic services, products, and eyewear options
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including photos, videos, and social media content
- Work closely with the clinic team to maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused environment

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a medical office, dental clinic, optometry practice, or customer service leadership role preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting or leading a team is considered an asset
- Confidence handling patient concerns and resolving challenges professionally
- A positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to take initiative and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent patient care
- Someone who values teamwork, respect, and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Schedule

- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Alternating schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday
- Sundays off!
