Full-Time | Busy Family Medical Practice

Our busy medical office is looking for a full-time Patient Services Assistant to join our fun, friendly, and hardworking team. This is an active, hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our physicians, patients, and clinic running smoothly throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing The Patient Services assistants works closely with our physicians and MOA team, helping keep patient flow efficient and exam rooms ready throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and bringing patients into exam rooms
- Assisting with patient flow and physician needs
- Completing basic patient measurements such as height, weight, infant checks, and vision testing
- Assisting physicians with procedures and acting as a chaperone when requested
- Setting up supplies for minor procedures and excisions
- Cleaning, packaging, sterilizing, and autoclaving clinic instruments
- Stocking exam rooms, procedure trays, lab supplies, injectables, and other clinical supplies
- Maintaining a clean, organized lab and clinical workspace
- Phone Call confirmations & Booking of Appointments

This is a busy, varied role—you won't spend your entire day sitting behind a desk! We are looking for someone who is:

- Organized and able to manage several priorities at once




- Able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling medical supplies and clinical equipment
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Flexible and willing to help where needed

Previous medical office experience is an asset, and experience with use of an EMR (Accuro) is a definite bonus, but we are especially interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn.
