Payroll Administrator Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Administrator, Hourly will be responsible for processing company payroll in a timely and accurate manner while in accordance with company and government policies. This position is based in the Winnipeg or Edmonton office. Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly hourly payroll.

Liaise with staff and management on payroll related inquiries. Prepare various correspondence, statistical summaries, and other material related to payroll function. Assist management with internal and external audits.

Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Prepare

Records of Employment (ROE) using ROE Web. Perform payroll administrative tasks as required. Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting or a combination of equivalent skills and experience.

A minimum of 2 years payroll experience processing the full payroll cycle PCP designation and experience using an in-house payroll system are an asset. Productive with Excel, have data processing skills and can effectively deal with confidential information.



Excellent communications skills, customer service oriented and a team player.
