Ausome Kids and Youth Services is a growing clinic in downtown Chilliwack supporting neurodiverse children and youth of all abilities and their families. Our team includes Behaviour Consultants, RDI Consultants, counsellors, Mentors, Psychologist and more.

We’re looking for an experienced MOA to be the friendly, organized heart of our Clinic.

Schedule

- Part-time, 4 hours per day, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, [Monday to Friday]
- In person at our clinic in downtown Chilliwack
- Start date: as soon as possible

What you’ll do

- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every child and family who calls, texts, emails or walks through our doors
- Answer live calls and texts promptly and professionally
- Manage scheduling and rebooking for clients and staff
- Handle same-day changes with urgency, quickly rearranging schedules when a team member calls in sick so families are informed and sessions are covered where possible
- Keep the clinic clean, tidy, organized and ready for families each day
- Support the clinical team with admin tasks as needed
- Protect client privacy and keep all information confidential

What you’ll need

- MOA certificate and/or proven experience as a Medical Office Assistant
- Strong phone, scheduling and computer skills
- Ability to pass a criminal record check under BC’s Criminal Records Review Act

Nice to have

- Experience in a pediatric, therapy or healthcare clinic
- Experience with a booking system such as Jane
