You will drive employee relations, performance conversations, workforce planning, and the deployment of IREN's people programs for growth toward a 2,000+ workforce.

The role requires 7+ years HR experience, robust judgment, and the ability to collaborate with Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to support site
