Provincial Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to drive recruitment and talent acquisition across our PEI operations. You'll lead end-to-end hiring, partner with leaders on selection, and build robust talent pipelines to support business growth.

You will also advise on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and related initiatives, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding a people-first culture across 10 PEI branches.
