Long View in Canada is seeking a People Services Advisor to support the Integrated Global Services branch in Calgary or Toronto. You will be the trusted HR partner for Canada and the US, delivering daily HR support and advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and programs that enhance the employee experience. The role requires 5+ years in HR, solid knowledge of Canadian employment laws (AB, BC, ON) and US practices, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.
