We’re Hiring: Personal Injury Paralegal – Accident Benefits & Tort

Ridgestone Law LLP is seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal with demonstrated experience in both accident benefits and plaintiff-side tort litigation.
The successful candidate will work closely with our lawyers on personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing OCF forms, accident perks applications, and insurer correspondence.
- Communicating with clients, adjusters, treatment providers, and opposing counsel.
- Obtaining and organizing medical records, income documentation, and productions.
- Assisting with LAT proceedings and hearing preparation.
- Supporting lawyers with pleadings, affidavits of documents, discoveries, undertakings, mediation briefs, and settlement materials.
- Managing deadlines, maintaining file notes, and following up on outstanding matters.
What we’re looking for:
- A paralegal licence in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Practical experience in both accident benefits and tort litigation support.
- Familiarity with the SABS, LAT procedures, and Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and client communication skills.
- Ability to move files forward with appropriate lawyer supervision.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
