Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred

Software: Kroll Pharmacy Management System

Qualifications & Requirements :-

- Minimum 1 year of community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Kroll pharmacy software experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of prescription processing, data entry, and third-party insurance billing.
- Familiarity with medication names, pharmacy procedures, and Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) claims is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Professional, reliable, punctual,



and committed to patient confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
