At Precision Physiotherapy Upper Wentworth, that’s who we’re hiring. Fresh grad or a few years in, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re already on it before anyone asks.

What you’ll own

- The exercise floor. You’ll run patient programs from the physiotherapist’s plan and progress them within the parameters they set.
- Patient momentum. You’ll keep people showing up, motivated, and honest about how they’re feeling.
- Spotting what matters. You’ll flag changes or concerns to the physio early.
- Modalities like TENS, IFC, laser, shockwave, heat, and ice, once you’re signed off.
- Clean, accurate charting on every visit.

- Helping train newer PTAs as you grow.
