Position Overview Physio Pros is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of outpatient clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in rehabilitation and patient care.

This role combines hands-on clinical support with administrative responsibilities, including assisting with medical devices and ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical services.

Full training will be provided for clinic-specific procedures and equipment. We are looking for someone who is confident, eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a positive, high-quality clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

- Administer shockwave therapy sessions.
- Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises.
- Administer laser therapy and assist with other therapeutic treatments, as trained and authorized.
- Assist with manual therapy procedures as directed by the treating clinician.
- Assist with brace and compression stocking measurements.
- Support the selection, fitting,



and dispensing of medical devices and rehabilitation products.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments for current patients.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain efficient appointment schedules.
- Process patient payments.
- Assist with daily clinic operations and patient coordination.

Qualifications and Skills
- 1–2 years of outpatient clinical experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, professional, and patient-focused personality.
- Previous administrative or clinic reception experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- A willingness to learn new techniques, equipment, and clinical procedures.
- A Physiotherapy Assistant diploma or a Kinesiology degree or relevant qualification is an asset.
