Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring optimal texture, flavor, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing vegetables, portioning ingredients, and setting up stations for service




- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality across all orders
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly food service to customers

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, preferably within a pizzeria or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and kitchen equipment used in pizza making
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving menu offerings
