Duties

- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients following established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, ensuring consistent quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as boiling pasta on the spot, preparing sandwiches, chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to ensure hygiene and quality




- Help with general kitchen duties, including stocking supplies and assisting team members during busy periods
- Serve customers when needed by taking orders or providing friendly assistance at the counter

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is highly valued
- Experience working with pizza or in the food industry demonstrates a solid foundation for success in this role
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
