Shift Supervisor – Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.Full-time / Part time.

About Us:Popeyes is known for bold Louisiana-style flavour and great guest service. We're looking for a confident, hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead our team and run smooth, high-energy shifts.

About the Role:Our Shift Supervisors work with the Restaurant Manager to run daily operations. You'll lead the team on shift, keep standards high, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities:

- Run shifts smoothly and keep the team on task during rushes.
- Assign stations and coordinate front counter, drive-thru and kitchen staff.
- Train new team members on job duties, food safety and sanitation.
- Make sure food quality, speed of service and cleanliness meet Popeyes standards.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Oversee cash handling, POS, cash drawer counts and deposits.
- Track inventory, waste and supply needs, and help with ordering.
- Help with scheduling and making sure shifts are properly staffed.




- Complete opening/closing checklists and shift reports.
- Make sure health and safety rules are followed at all times.
- Lead by example and step into any station when needed.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of fast food or restaurant experience (supervisory experience is an asset).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler Certificate (or willing to get one).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic math.
- Available for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
