Capital Power is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the Plant Operations and Maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable, and effective plant performance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee outages, work management, contractor activity, and adherence to regulatory and company requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years in power generation operations and maintenance, and experience leading unionized teams.
