Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant | Remote - Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia

This role combines SaaS implementation, technical solution design and customer consulting . You'll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions and deliver successful implementations from discovery through to go-live.

What you'll be doing

- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, from discovery through configuration, deployment and go-live.
- Run customer workshops, gather requirements and design tailored software solutions.
- Configure workflows, troubleshoot technical issues and support integrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, explaining product capabilities and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
- Improve implementation processes, documentation and delivery standards.





What we're looking for
- 6+ years of SaaS or software implementation experience.
- Solid experience in solution design, configuration, workflows and integrations.
- Confident leading customer discovery and technical discussions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product demonstrations, pre-sales consulting or QA is advantageous.

Package
- $110K CAD-$140k CAD + bonus + benefits
- Fully remote within Canada
- Candidates based in Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia
