Overview

We are hiring an experienced Printing Machine Operator for a souvenir manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, Canadian-made products for the North American market.

The successful candidate will operate UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printing machines, prepare artwork for production, maintain quality standards, and ensure production deadlines are met.

Important: Training will take place into October 31. After completing the training period, the position will be permanently based in St. Jacobs, Ontario. Applicants must be willing to work in both locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printing machines.
- Prepare artwork and files for printing and production.
- Use RIP software and perform colour matching to ensure accurate print results.
- Monitor print quality and inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies.
- Meet production targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.




- Handle UV inks, cleaning chemicals, and printing materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow production procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous printing machine operation experience is required.
- Experience operating UV printing machines is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of RIP software, colour matching, and artwork preparation.
- Basic mechanical skills for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of safe chemical and ink handling procedures.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing approximately 25–40 lb.
- Reliability, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete training in Toronto and work permanently in St. Jacobs, Ontario, afterward.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
