We are a family looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced live-out nanny to help with our family’s daily routine and care for our two children, aged 4 years and 1 year.

Our 4-year-old attends school from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and our 1-year-old attends daycare. We are looking for someone who can help with the morning routine, school and daycare drop-off and pickup, and afternoon/evening care, while also assisting with dinner preparation and keeping things running smoothly at home.

Position Details

- Position: Live-out nanny
- Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, split shift
- Morning: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Afternoon/evening: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Children: One 4-year-old and one 1-year-old
- School/daycare: Our 4-year-old attends school from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and our 1-year-old attends daycare (which have similar hours)

Responsibilities

- Helping with the morning routine and getting the children ready for school and daycare
- Assisting with school and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups, as needed
- Providing attentive, loving care for the children when they are home




- Preparing easy, healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Prepare dinner for the family
- Supporting the children's daily routines and transitions
- Performing light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying play areas, washing children's dishes, and folding their laundry
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming home environment

Ideal Candidate

- Has previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Is warm, patient, responsible, and engaging
- Is organized and comfortable helping with meal preparation
- Ideally has reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence, if needed for school/daycare transportation
- Can provide references from previous families or employers
- Is comfortable working a split-shift schedule

We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and will build a positive relationship with our children and become a trusted, dependable part of our family's routine. Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 – 45.0 per week
