We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Clerk to support our parts and inventory operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely procurement, and uninterrupted operational support.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of purchasing and inventory control experience within a parts, industrial, automotive, or similar fast-paced environment.

Experience managing min/max levels and maintaining inventory accuracy is essential.

Experience with TAMS (Total Asset Management System) is considered a solid asset. This position requires a structured, analytical individual who thrives in an accountability-driven environment and understands the importance of inventory accuracy in supporting field operations.

Purchasing Clerk Type: Full-time Schedule:



Monday to Friday Starting wage is $22.00 per hour. Health and Dental benefits after 3 months of continuous service.

Employee Assistance

Program. Paid Training. Research and secure products through analysis of vendors and markets. Coordinate bulk purchasing. Create and issue purchase orders for parts and inventory replenishment. Maintain and monitor min/max inventory levels.

Conduct and support inventory reconciliations. Maintain high inventory accuracy standards. Follow up on backorders and expedite urgent parts. Ensure timely and accurate system updates within inventory systems.

Perform other administrative duties as may be required. Minimum 2–3 years purchasing or inventory control experience.

Supply Chain

Management or Procurement courses/education preferred.

Experience with automotive parts purchasing (or related) or be able to showcase a high level of sourcing parts. Knowledge of the transport industry (air/rail/ship/etc.) Experience managing min/max levels and reorder planning.

Experience creating and managing purchase orders. Exposure to warehouse processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs.

Experience with inventory management systems. TAMS experience considered an asset.
