Project Coordinator

Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD and have excellent visualization skills. Applicants must also be able to read and understand architectural construction drawings.

Responsibilities of this position include creation of architectural shop drawings for our products, interpretation of field dimensions, creation of fabrication drawings and coordination with production crews.

Prepare and Deliver customer approval drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawings on time and with accuracy.

Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Conduct site visits to determine the constructability of projects.

Interpret and apply the necessary standards associated with the Ontario Building Code.

Prepare a construction schedule, monitor, and forecast the schedule and costs throughout the project

Job costing reporting.

Prepares and coordinate quantity take-offs with supervision.

Deliveries and pickups to be arranged if and as required.

Setup and filing as needed for the above-mentioned tasks.





Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Recommended Requirements:

- Communication and organization is essential including fluent English.
- Experience with Planswift Software, Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets
- The ability to read and understand architectural drawings, single line drawings, and blueprints.
- Ability to design product with available components.
- Work as a team player within the office environment.
- Solid computer skills; able to work with multiple applications.
- Vehicle is required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
