What We're Looking For
- 15 years of civil infrastructure or heavy construction experience
- Experience leading multiple projects or project portfolios
- Strong financial, operational, and commercial management skills
- Background in municipal, transportation, utility, or heavy civil construction
- Proven ability to develop teams and build client relationships
