Project Manager II (Hybrid – Toronto, ON) Compensation: $100–115K base 8–10% bonus Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Toronto core) Application Deadline: Tuesday, November 5 About the Role Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management and financial services firm, is hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to deliver strategic initiatives and business solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and scope, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

- Own full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros)
- Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and issues; provide clear reporting
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of PM/delivery experience (financial services or fintech an asset)
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet (or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of cloud (GCP, Azure, or AWS)




- Proven risk/issue management and governance experience

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP), CI/CD
- Basic awareness of Python/Java/JavaScript/SQL
- PMP/CSM/ACP or similar certifications
