Project Manager, Health – 6 Month Contract Location: Canada - Remote. You are a seasoned Project Manager with experience in a creative agency environment, ready to take on an impactful role. You're passionate about delivering meaningful work for clients and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to every project.

With a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you're undaunted by large project loads and can efficiently manage multiple projects at once. Your knowledge of project management processes, robust organizational skills, flexibility, and solution-focused mindset make you a key asset. Oversee and manage projects within your assigned portfolio from initiation to completion.

Define, document, and communicate project scopes of work. Develop, track, and maintain project budgets and timelines. Coordinate and manage both internal resources and external vendors. Proactively drive projects forward, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and updates. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure the highest quality of work is delivered while staying within budget and timeline constraints Experience with integrated projects (including print, digital, content creation, and events)



Act as an ambassador for the ways of working and for the project management practice within ChangeMakers What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have? 4-6 years of experience in a project management role, ideally within the marketing or creative industry. Highly skilled at managing competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.

Calm and composed under pressure, able to manage stress while delivering results.

Good to Have: Expertise in digital project management is a plus.

Experience working in a Health Agency environment is an added advantage. Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software (i.e. AI Use We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support our hiring process.
