Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
- Perform thorough quality control checks at various stages of manufacturing to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collect, record, and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results to support quality assurance efforts.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records in accordance with quality management systems.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures, standards, and training materials to promote best practices.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from data collection and inspection findings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the ability to perform detailed inspections using tools such as calipers.
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting inspection data and identifying trends or issues.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and assessments consistently.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
