We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Supervisor to help maintain our clinic's standards, improve operational processes, and support compliance with applicable health care policies and procedures.

Job Summary The Quality Control Supervisor will monitor clinic operations, review documentation, conduct quality audits, and help ensure that established standards for patient safety, privacy, and service quality are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor clinic operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable health care requirements.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and internal audits.
- Review patient records and administrative documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate quality control reports, audit records, and documentation.
- Support staff training on clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist management in developing and updating standard operating procedures.




- Follow up on quality issues to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in health care quality assurance, clinic administration, auditing, or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze processes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinic staff.
