Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to identify deviations early.

- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to support data-driven decision making.

- Perform detailed analysis of inspection results, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports for audit purposes.





- Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in internal audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies related to quality management.

Skills

- must have experience in ISO9001 internal
- audits, vendor QC, First off inspection, prepare FAI/PPAP documents,

- Root cause analysis/corrective action, Ability to interpret customer
- prints, technical specifications, and quality assurance standards,

- calibration of gauges, Robust understanding of GD&T; and machine shop and
- weld shop inspection techniques

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
