Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care! As an RDA, you will support our dentists in providing effective, comfortable, and high-quality dental treatments. Duties

- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies before procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), adhering to safety protocols
- Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Gold and Dentrix
- Provide excellent patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control standards in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments,

Skills

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or RDA with knowledge of dental procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with dental software systems like Epic and Dentrix for record keeping and appointment management
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and orthodontics
- Ability to assist with orthodontic procedures and handle pediatric patients with patience and care
- Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools is a plus for assisting with orthodontic appliances or digital impressions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and providers
- Certification as an RDA is required; additional certifications in CPR or infection control are preferred
