Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. The agent will support clients through the entire buying and selling process, including prospecting, conducting market analyses, listing and showing properties, and preparing and presenting offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, advising clients on pricing and negotiating strategies, coordinating property marketing through online and offline channels, and hosting open houses.

The agent will manage client communications,



ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations, and collaborate with brokerage staff and other agents. The role also involves using technology platforms and social media to generate leads, build a professional brand, and nurture long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in Ontario and demonstrate a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess robust Real Estate market knowledge and practical experience in residential or commercial transactions.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms for marketing and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), and meet performance targets.
