Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) / Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)

Better Life Counselling & Therapy is seeking full-time and part-time Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) and Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCCs) to join our growing Victoria team.

This is an independent contractor position offering primarily in-person sessions, with some flexibility for virtual work.

Our Victoria office is conveniently located in the Royal Oak Shopping Centre

Available Office Blocks
- Thursdays 8:45-2:45 and Saturday flex 6 hour block

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will

- Hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field
- Be registered and in good standing with one of the following: BCACC (RCC) or CCPA (CCC)
- Have additional professional development training in a therapeutic modality (couples/trauma)
- Have strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation: Commission split based on experience and caseload

Expected hours: 15 + per week
