We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative team.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who values one-on-one patient care, enjoys working alongside other healthcare professionals, and wants to build a rewarding practice.

You'll work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, muscle tension, sports-related concerns, pregnancy and postpartum discomfort, and other conditions within your scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized massage therapy assessments and treatments.
- Develop treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Deliver therapeutic massage for muscle tension, musculoskeletal discomfort, and rehabilitation support.
- Support patients with sports-related concerns, postural discomfort, and recovery from physical activity.
- Provide prenatal and postpartum massage therapy when appropriately trained.
- Educate patients about self-management, movement, and strategies that may support their wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.




- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate and with patient consent.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and infection-prevention standards.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with prenatal/postpartum massage, sports massage, or chronic pain management is an asset.
- Experience using Jane App is an asset.

Compensation: Competitive practitioner compensation based on experience and agreed employment or contractor arrangement.
