- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries professionally.




- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills.

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body or regulatory authority.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and healthcare professionals.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality massage therapy services with a focus on client care.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable to ensure positive client interactions.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops or courses related to massage therapy.
