Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Infusion Clinic team. In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapies, ensuring secure, efficient, and personalized treatment experiences. Your expertise will support patient comfort, safety, and well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

- Administer infusion therapies, medications, and treatments accurately following established protocols and medical orders.
- Monitor patient responses during infusion sessions, promptly identifying and managing adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Educate patients and their families on infusion procedures, post-treatment care, and medication management to promote understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards, safety protocols,



and regulatory requirements throughout all patient interactions.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary for laboratory testing or medication administration.

Experience

- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in hospital settings with acute care responsibilities.
- Prior experience in infusion therapy, pain management, or related specialties such as pediatrics, senior care, or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems including Epic and Cerner is preferred.
- Strong background in patient care within hospital or outpatient environments, demonstrating excellent clinical judgment.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including children and elderly individuals in home care or assisted living settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, laboratory procedures, and nursing best practices is essential.
- Previous roles involving case management, laboratory work, or medical office experience will be considered advantageous.
