Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent patient care skills, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and medication management. Responsibilities

- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting health-related inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels, restock medications, and ensure proper storage conditions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness before dispensing medications.
- Maintain detailed records of medication transactions and update patient profiles as needed.




- Support medication administration processes by understanding medical terminology and assisting with related documentation.
- Uphold all pharmacy policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Experience

- Prior pharmacy technician experience is required, with demonstrated proficiency in medication dispensing and inventory management.
- Experience working in a hospital setting is highly desirable, providing familiarity with clinical workflows and patient interactions.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures is essential for success in this role.
- Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance standards is preferred.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
