We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting. As an RPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' health and well-being while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs to ensure their health status is stable.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Ps Suite
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and treatment plans.
Experience
- Previous experience in primary care is preferred.
- Familiarity with PS Suites EMR and Ocean is an advantage.
- Experience working in a medical office is beneficial.
- Proficiency in immunizations is a plus.
- Venipuncture is a plus
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
