Tulista Park Psychology
Edmonton
Location: Edmonton, Alberta – Hawks Ridge / Big Lakes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $141 per client hour (60% split)
Tulista Park Psychology is a new and growing group practice located in the developing Hawks Ridge community in Big Lakes, just off Anthony Henday Drive and conveniently close to Yellowhead Trail, St. Albert, and West Edmonton.
Inspired by Tulista Park in Sidney, British Columbia, our clinic offers a calming, sensory-informed, West Coast-inspired atmosphere designed to promote peace, grounding, and connection. Our thoughtfully designed space aims to support both clients and clinicians in feeling comfortable, welcomed, and at ease.
At Tulista Park Psychology, we value authenticity, collaboration, compassion, and connection. We believe in creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported both professionally and personally, while having the independence to develop their own therapeutic approach and practice.
We are looking for clinicians who are excited to grow alongside us and contribute to building a supportive, welcoming, and connected team.
A Little About Our Growing Practice
As a newly established clinic in a developing community, we recognize that growth takes time. Our practice is continuing to build its presence in the community, establish referral relationships, and develop a steady client base. We also want to be transparent that Hawks Ridge is an actively developing neighbourhood, and construction is ongoing in the surrounding area.
With this in mind, we are looking for clinicians who are flexible, patient, and adaptable as we continue to grow. We appreciate individuals who understand that joining a newer practice may involve some growing pains, changing needs, and opportunities to contribute to how things develop.
We welcome clinicians who are excited about being part of something from its early stages, who enjoy collaborating with others, and who are willing to grow their caseload gradually with the support of our team.
