Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) | Full-Time | $25/hour +

Bay City Animal Hospital is seeking a passionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our close-knit, independently owned practice in beautiful North Bay, Ontario.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform all core RVT duties including IV catheterization, injections, blood draws, anesthesia induction/monitoring, surgical prep/recovery, and dental prophy
- Complete in-house lab work (urinalysis, cytology, fecals, bloodwork)
- Experience a wide range of urgent and emergency cases—no two days are the same. Provide top-notch care to in-hospital patients and support overnight monitoring (shared on-call rotation), helping you build strong clinical skills rapid.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the hospital
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Schedule:

- Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
- On-call: 4 weekends/year + 1 weeknight every 4-6 weeks
