Compliance Analyst - 4

Location Address: 40 Temperance Street 15th Floor – onsite 4x/week

Contract Duration: 1 year

Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE

Number of Positions: 1

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Reason: backfill

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. 7+ years experience working on projects involving implementation of recent processes that involve organizational change
2. Excellent knowledge and working experience interpretating regulatory obligations, controls, and associated records (e.g., CIRO, OSC, etc.)
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Experience in the records and information management field an asset

- Previous Scotiabank experience

Soft Skills Required:





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to prepare communications and interact effectively with GWM stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders

Education: Undergraduate degree required Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong asset management experience in compliance or audit.

1st – panel (Director + Senior Manager) – 45 mins – in-person

In-person interview will be at 40 Temperance St

-check in with security on main floor, HM will come receive candidates
